Comparison of bank charges in Czech and Slovak banking system

This bachelor thesis examines the differences in banking fees in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The aim is to find out differences in the amount of fees charged in Euros in Slovakia or in Czech Crowns in Czech Republic. The paper analyzes certain selected fees that occur on both bank markets. Firstly, relevant details of the functioning of the banking sector in both countries are defined. Secondly, it describes how and why the fees have been incurred, as well as their defined terms. Further, there are described different charges, the reasons for their existence and their use. Finally, bank charges are analyzed using spreadsheets and compared after a calculated exchange rate.

Kucinová, P. Order Management in small advertising agencies. Master thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. The thesis deals with order management focused on small advertising agencies. The aim is to create a set of recommendations for an effective order management in small advertising agencies. These recommendations are outputs of the qualitative and quantitative research. Their applicability and effectiveness is proven in case study, the suitability of proposals was discussed with experts. This thesis also suggests documents that can be used by small advertising agencies in managing their procurement practice.

Diploma thesis deals with an account management, a new phenomenon in the area of business strategies. Thesis focuses on description of a relationship among account manager in advertising agency and its costumer as well as on creation of an ideal communication model between them. Primary data were collected by a qualitative research with 13 successful account managers. The research results will be provided to account managers and will also serve to students of commer-cial communication who are interested in account manager position for the future.
Efficient use of CRM within a non-for-profit organization

This bachelor thesis deals with the efficient use of CRM within a non-for-profit organization, specifically on AIESEC's example. The goal of this thesis if to evaluate the current state of CRM in AIESEC and suggest possible solution in order to increase efficiency of customer relationship management. These conclusions are afterwards generalized for any NGO. First part is focused on brief description of AIESEC and processes within it. The next part deals with CRM from the theoretical point of view, its development, goal, benefits, innovation and relationships between organizations and their customers. The description of current CRM system of AIESEC and brief notice regarding the leaders on market in this field is also part of this thesis. The main goal of the practical part is to analyze the satisfaction of users with current CRM of AIESEC and to give suggestions for future improvement. These conclusions are summarized in the last part, together with findings from the theoretical part.
The management of a PR agency

The primary objective of the thesis is to analyze the operation and management of the AC&C Public Relations agency and suggest changes possibly leading to higher efficiency. Within the thesis itself, I have mostly focused on the current organisational structure of the agency which I have selected to be the principal problem of its recent operation and source of potential future risks. The theoretical part based mainly on specialized publications supplemented by my own experience, explains the meaning of Public Relations as such and describes the principles of organization and management of small-sized companies including Czech PR agencies. In the second part, the current situation and ways of management at the AC&C Public Relations agency are analyzed and reviewed. The theoretical methods involve the use of SWOT analysis and qualitative reserch. The third part aims at suggesting specific changes possibly useful in making the current operation of the agency more efficient. Therein, the most specific points of management and work of a PR agency are explained. The final chapter deals with the influence of the contemporary financial recession on the operations of the agency and includes suggestions for coping with a period of the kind.
